CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
As the CEO of Hard Hitting SW Saints, William Franks provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the organization. His vision, dedication, and commitment to youth development have been instrumental in guiding the team’s growth and continued success on and off the field.
ERIC MITCHELL
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As Chief Operating Officer, Eric Mitchell manages the operational functions of Hard Hitting SW Saints, ensuring efficient execution of programs, team logistics, and organizational initiatives. His hands-on leadership and passion for youth development help create a structured and supportive environment for athletes.
SONDRA MCDOWELL-HANEY
MANAGER/DIRECTOR OF CHEER AND SPIRIT PROGRAM
As Manager and Director of the Cheer and Spirit Program, Sondra brings extensive experience and dedication to youth development. Her leadership has been instrumental in strengthening the program and supporting the continued growth of young athletes within Hard Hitting SW Saints.
